SakaFlow Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. About these terms
SakaFlow ("SakaFlow", "we", "us") is a social media management and automation platform. It is operated by SakaFlow. You can contact us at moelsaka21@gmail.com. By using SakaFlow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. The service
SakaFlow lets an agency connect the social accounts of the clients it manages, organize media and post text, route posts through an approval step, schedule them, and publish them to the connected accounts. It can also show basic performance figures and offer AI-assisted drafting. Which integrations are available can change, and some may be in development. SakaFlow is not a public self-service product: access is given to agency users by the operator.
3. Accounts and access
- Access to the SakaFlow dashboard is limited to users the operator has authorized. Keep your sign-in details and devices secure, and tell us promptly if you think your access has been misused.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, and for making sure the information you give us is accurate.
4. Connecting third-party accounts
- You may connect a social or storage account (for example a YouTube channel, a TikTok account or a Google Drive folder) only if you own it or have the owner's authorization to let SakaFlow act on it.
- Connection happens on the provider's own consent screen. SakaFlow receives only the permissions you approve there.
- SakaFlow publishes content only to accounts that have been connected, and only for content that has been prepared and approved in SakaFlow.
- You can disconnect an account in SakaFlow at any time, and you can also revoke access from the provider (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Use of YouTube through SakaFlow is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's own terms. Those providers' rules apply in addition to these terms.
5. Your content and responsibilities
- You keep your rights in the media, text and other content you add. You give SakaFlow the permission it needs to store, process and publish that content to the accounts you connect, and only for that purpose.
- You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and permissions to publish it, including permission from the owner of the connected account.
- You must not use SakaFlow for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, to spam, or to break the rules of the platforms you publish to.
- Posts you approve and schedule are published on your instruction. Review AI-generated suggestions before you use them; you are responsible for what you publish.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal data, including data received from Google and YouTube, is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
SakaFlow depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure whose APIs, limits and policies can change without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a post will be accepted or published at a particular time. We may change, suspend or remove features, including integrations, at any time.
8. No warranty and limits of liability
SakaFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for losses caused by third-party platforms or by content published on your instruction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension, termination and deletion
- You may stop using SakaFlow at any time and ask us to close your access.
- We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is misused, or to protect the service or other users.
- When access ends, we disconnect the connected accounts and delete the stored authorization tokens. You can ask us to delete the other data we hold, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
